Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Timing: Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: Products must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the items show signs of use or are missing components.
Exclusions: Gift cards, customized charms, and promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Submit a Request: Contact us at info@charmicollective.com with your order number and reason for the return/exchange.
Approval: Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on returning your items.
Shipping Costs:
- For returns, a small return shipping fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund.
- Exchanges are processed with free return shipping, and the new item will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
Note: Shipping fees from your original purchase are non-refundable.
Processing Your Refund or Exchange
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your return. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
Exchanges: If you’re exchanging an item, your replacement will ship within 5 business days of us receiving your original order.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by contacting info@charmicollective.com. Include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
